Shipping policy

After a customer places an order and completes successful payment, the system will automatically email the order details to your registered email address. The order information will include the order number, order date, product details, delivery arrangements, and the total payment amount.

After receiving and confirming the customer’s order, AKI Beans will arrange the delivery process within three to five business days.

If the order net subtotal does not meet the minimum requirement for free shipping (HKD *$350*bundled/after deductions), a flat delivery fee of $50 will apply. The final amount will be shown in the shopping cart.

- The billing net subtotal refers to the amount after deducting product discounts, coupon/discount codes, and delivery/shipping fees.
