General Use Before using this website, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using any part of this site, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Online Shopping Thank you for supporting AKI BEANS. All orders are processed through our online system and reviewed individually by our staff. Each transaction generally requires no fewer than two business days to complete. Once confirmed, a notification email will be sent to the address you provided. AKI BEANS reserves all rights related to sales, including but not limited to suspending the sale of specific products or cancelling orders. If an order is cancelled, customers will receive a full refund.

Payment Methods All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept multiple online payment methods, including credit cards and e‑wallets. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify using SSL encryption technology. AKI BEANS does not access or store this information.

Credit Card Payments AKI BEANS supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. Customers must accurately provide credit card details (including card number, expiry date, and CVV/CVC) and confirm correctness before clicking “Pay Now” to complete the transaction.

E‑Wallet Payments We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers must pre‑store their credit or debit card details on their device before checkout to ensure a faster payment process.

Returns & Exchanges AKI BEANS does not accept order cancellations. Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped in their original condition. We are committed to inspecting each item with care. In special circumstances, customers may request a return or exchange within seven days of receipt by emailing us at info@akibeans.com, clearly stating the reason. Final decisions regarding returns and exchanges will be made by AKI BEANS.
