This coffee is produced using the "Culturing Fermentation Process." In an environment with strictly controlled oxygen levels, pineapple, blackberry, toasted pear, and essential oil components are mixed with a special starter culture, undergoing precise fermentation for up to  72 hours.

After fermentation, the coffee undergoes slow dehydration through three stages: centrifugal separation, mechanical drying, and sun drying. This process perfectly locks in flavor molecules at the cellular level while effectively reducing the risk of uneven fermentation or mold.
