This coffee uses a very unique "Culturing Process." This is the second time Days Coffee has introduced it, and many people may remember it well.

This is a technique adapted from dairy fermentation—for example, adding lactic acid bacteria (starter culture) to raw milk, which then ferments into cheese or yogurt. For this coffee, natural ingredients such as pineapple, coconut, and sugarcane are fermented together with lactic acid bacteria (starter culture) for over 8 days.
