Sweet, fruity aroma, blooming in vibrant splendor!
From the Santa Teresa 2000 micro-mill in the Dota Valley of Tarrazú, Costa Rica, at an elevation of 1,900 meters, the mineral-rich soil and cool, stable climate create an ideal environment for specialty coffee. Run by third-generation coffee farmer Roger Ureña and his son Alex, the mill promotes carbon neutrality and has won numerous international awards, achieving excellent results in the Cup of Excellence for three consecutive years.
This batch blends Gesha and Ethiopian varieties, offering rich layers of fruitiness, delicate floral notes, and a bright, concentrated sweetness. The texture is smooth and mellow, with a long finish, perfectly embodying the spirit of Santa Teresa.
